HyperEdge. Steady performance. Pure success.
Building upon the success of its ProEdge predecessor, the HyperEdge brings enough performance-enhancing upgrades to make any medal-seeking shooter hyper. The HyperEdge adds the all-new UltraFlex limbs, DFX Cams, with optional limb stop, and proven Zero Torque Cable Guard System to a dominant array of existing Hoyt Technologies. That means a high-power, torque-free shooting experience with the stability of a broad string angle and a rock-solid back wall. The HyperEdge is the most aggressive shoot-thru riser design Hoyt has ever engineered. Hyperventilating? You should be. HyperEdge.
1. DFX CAM & 1/2
The all-new DFX Cam and 1/2 delivers optimized string position and a longer axle-to-axle measurement at full draw, promoting correct head position for repeatability and accuracy. This cam also features dual cable stops, and an optional limb stop, for a rock-solid back wall experience. If you want smooth draw cycles, great speed and unsurpassed comfort and consistency, you want DFX cams.
2. MODULAR GRIP SYSTEM
Hoyt’s patent-pending modular grip system makes it easy to fine-tune your grip pressure by adjusting the grip angle on your bow. Standard with 4 grip modules to choose from, the HyperEdge gives you the freedom to choose a 0, +2, +4, or +6 degree grip angle, for a dead-center hold.
3. LIMB STOP
For those seeking an even harder back wall than already provided by the HyperEdge’s dual cable stop, Hoyt has included a limb stop option. If you are seeking a new standard of back wall rigidity, the first-ever limb stop option delivers.
In 2016, Hoyt will be introducing the Hyper Edge Serie requiring certain styles of bow presses be used to press these specific model bows. There is no guarentee or whatsoever if this hasn't been done. The current 4, Hoyt approved bow presses for the new 2016 model bows are the following:
